Follow these simple steps to personalize your items
Select your product
Start by choosing your product colour and size. Your selection will update in the customiser so you can design on the exact variant you want.

Open our patch library and browse through the different categories to find patches that match your style. Mix and match across categories to make it yours.

Choose & Place
Found a patch you love? Add it to your product, then drag, resize and position it exactly where you want it. Add as many patches as you like to build your design.
Mix larger statement patches with smaller filler patches for a balanced design.Mix statement patches with smaller filler patches for a more balanced layout.
Embroidery
Use the layering controls to decide which elements sit in front or behind. Rearrange your patches and designs until everything overlaps exactly how you want.
Can’t see an element? Check your layers—it may be hiding behind another design.
Upload Image
Upload your own image or artwork and position it anywhere within the customisable area. Resize and adjust your design until you're happy with the placement.
Use a high-resolution PNG with a transparent background where possible. Avoid screenshots or blurry images for the best print quality.
Save Design
Personalise your product with an embroidered name, word or phrase. Enter your text, choose your options, then resize and position it on your product.
Double-check your spelling before continuing—your text will be embroidered exactly as entered!
Front and back
Take one final look at your creation. Switch between the Front & Back views and check the placement, sizing and layering of every element.
Don’t forget the back! Check both sides before completing your customisation.
Arrange Your Layers
Use the layer controls to manage overlapping patches, images and text. Bring an element forward when you want it to sit on top, or send it backward when it should sit behind another element.
If a patch or design looks like it has disappeared, it may be behind another element. Select it in the layers and bring it forward.
Review & Add to Cart
Review your finished design before ordering. Check the Front and Back, patch placement, layers, uploaded image quality and embroidery spelling. When everything looks right, add your customised product to cart and continue to checkout.
Do one final check before adding to cart. Make sure every element is positioned correctly because your product will be made from the design you submit.
